Hi, I’m Kayla, an experienced birth worker, who is thrilled to be your Pregnancy & Birth Partner. My life-work as a doula, midwife’s assistant and mother-of-three has shown me that when mothers receive empowering education and unwavering support, their intuition and confidence are untouchable; their empowerment and peace are awe-inspiring.

Now, let me reveal something to you: this empowerment doesn’t just happen. It’s a foundation built on making personalized choice after choice. But, how are you supposed to select the best choices for you when you’ve never done this before? When you aren’t sure who to ask? When you’re given advice that doesn’t match your personal values?

Whether you’re trying to conceive, preparing for birth, or entering postpartum, my goal is to reveal as many choices, true choices, that you have on your remarkable, individualized journey.

    This was our first birthing experience and she prepared us on all levels. Kayla helped us learn how to make well-informed and confident decisions regarding labor/delivery in a hospital setting. She also helped us navigate going past my due date and how to best advocate my wishes for a natural birth despite requiring an induction. Learning how to best prepare emotionally and mentally was by far the most helpful during active labor. I would highly recommend her to any birthing mamas!
